In einer Situation voller \u00c4rger, Frust und ohne zufriedenstellende Resultate Ihrer Arbeit?<\/p>\n<p>Die Art, wie Sie arbeiten ist f\u00fcr Sie selbstverst\u00e4ndlich. Dennoch resultieren Missverst\u00e4ndnisse und Konflikte oftmals genau aus diesen Unterschieden. Der Kollege Dominik wirkt oftmals ungeduldig und kann nur mit kurzen, knappen Antworten zufrieden gestellt werden. Wie unh\u00f6flich. Diese Unterschiede k\u00f6nnen sich aber hervorragend erg\u00e4nzen. Introvertierte, menschenorientierte sowie extrovertierte, menschenorientierte Kollegen k\u00f6nnen durchaus ein gutes Gespann abgeben \u2013 beispielsweise bei der Kundenbetreuung: Einer liefert die Details und Fakten, der andere punktet auf der zwischenmenschlichen Ebene.<\/p>\n<p>DiSG\u00ae hilft Ihnen, Ihre Kommunikation zu verbessern und Teamwork effektiver zu gestalten. So schaffen Sie eine gute Basis, um mit Kollegen und Kunden typgerecht umzugehen.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Was brauchen Ihre Kollegen f\u00fcr eine optimale Zusammenarbeit?<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Als kleine Hilfestellung habe ich Ihnen eine kurze \u00dcbersicht f\u00fcr den Arbeitsalltag erstellt:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Der dominante Kollege:<\/strong> Mitarbeiter mit dem D-Stil m\u00f6gen es nicht, wenn man um den hei\u00dfen Brei herumredet. D-Typen sind sehr von ihren eigenen F\u00e4higkeiten \u00fcberzeugt, deswegen ist es empfehlenswert, selbstbewusst an sie heranzutreten. D-Mitarbeiter neigen generell zu Sarkasmus und Unverbl\u00fcmtheit.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Der initiative Kollege: \u00a0<\/strong>Kollegen mit dem i-Stil lieben neue Ideen und sind generell optimistisch. I-Kollegen sehen gute Beziehungen mit ihren Kollegen als Priorit\u00e4t an. Sie sind daher aufgeschlossen f\u00fcr Argumente und Verbesserungsvorschl\u00e4ge f\u00fcr das gesamte Team.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Der stetige Kollege: <\/strong>Kollegen mit dem S-Stil sind besonders harmoniebed\u00fcrftig und stellen ihre Bed\u00fcrfnisse oftmals hinter den von anderen an. S-Kollegen f\u00fcrchten sich vor Aggressionen gegen\u00fcber ihrer Person und nehmen Kritik an ihrer Arbeit schnell pers\u00f6nlich. Sie\u00a0wollen es am liebsten allen recht machen und ihre Kollegen zufrieden stellen.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Der genaue Kollege: <\/strong>Kollegen mit dem G-Stil meiden emotional aufgeladene Situationen lieber. Nachdem sich Menschen mit dem G-Stil \u00fcber die Qualit\u00e4t ihrer Arbeit identifizieren, irritiert sie Kritik enorm. Diese nehmen G-Mitarbeiter nur sehr ungern an, teilweise k\u00f6nnen sie dabei auch stur werden.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Erkennen und f\u00f6rdern statt Gedankenlesen<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Nutzen Sie DiSG\u00ae nicht nur, um mehr \u00fcber sich selbst zu lernen, sondern auch \u00fcber die Verhaltensweisen der Kollegen und Mitarbeiter. Wichtig ist hierbei, niemanden zu stigmatisieren (Nat\u00fcrlich, ein typisches \u201eS\u201c!, Ahja, da haben wir wieder das klassische \u201ei\u201c). Stattdessen kann DiSG\u00ae genutzt werden, um eine bessere Zusammenarbeit\u00a0am Arbeitsplatz zu erreichen, bei der sich verschiedene Mitarbeiter optimal erg\u00e4nzen.
