Schon oft habe ich Konflikte in Teams erlebt, die auf die verschiedenen Verhaltenstendenzen der MitarbeiterInnen zur\u00fcckzuf\u00fchren waren. Wir gehen davon aus, dass der Mensch so ist, wie er ist. Andere Menschen ver\u00e4ndern zu wollen ist verschwendete Zeit \u2013 viel mehr kann man sich aber damit auseinandersetzen, auf verschiedene Situationen flexibel zu reagieren. Mit DiSG\u00ae k\u00f6nnen Menschen das lernen und erfahren. Sie sehen sich selbst und andere Menschen in einem neuen Blickwinkel. Durch die Betrachtung konkreter Situationen k\u00f6nnen wir mit DiSG\u00ae die St\u00e4rken, Herausforderungen und Verhaltenstendenzen eines Menschen besser verstehen.<\/p>\n<p>Was ist das Geheimnis von erfolgreichen Menschen? Sie haben es geschafft, ihr Potential und ihr Verhalten in Einklang zu bringen, das hei\u00dft sie k\u00f6nnen flexibel auf verschiedene Situationen reagieren. Erfolgreiche Menschen kennen ihre St\u00e4rken ebenso gut, wie ihre Limits und wissen, mit diesen umzugehen. Schwierige Situationen im Beruf, Konflikte und Missverst\u00e4ndnisse k\u00f6nnen sie daher souver\u00e4n meistern. Wer sich selbst intensiver mit seiner Pers\u00f6nlichkeit besch\u00e4ftigt, kann so seine soziale Kompetenz erh\u00f6hen. Dies verbessert nicht nur Kommunikations- und Teamf\u00e4higkeit, sondern auch das Verhalten in F\u00fchrungssituationen.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Einander besser verstehen \u2013 Konflikte gemeinsam l\u00f6sen<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Jeder Mensch ist einzigartig und bevorzugt je nach Situation und Umfeld einen bestimmten Verhaltensstil. In manchen Situationen k\u00f6nnen dabei Spannungen entstehen, weil ihr Gegen\u00fcber so vollkommen anders tickt, als sie selbst. Menschen f\u00fchlen sich naturgem\u00e4\u00df am wohlsten, wenn sie ihren bevorzugten Verhaltensstil anwenden k\u00f6nnen. Um unserer Umwelt und ihren Anforderungen gerecht zu werden, m\u00fcssen wir allerdings lernen, anpassungsf\u00e4higer zu werden und uns auch auf die Bed\u00fcrfnisse anderer Menschen einstellen zu k\u00f6nnen. Um einander besser zu verstehen, ben\u00f6tigt man neben Empathie und Respekt auch bestimmte Informationen \u00fcber seine Mitmenschen. Bei Menschen, die uns sehr \u00e4hnlich sind, haben wir wahrscheinlich weniger Probleme, ihre Handlungsweisen zu verstehen. Wichtig ist hierbei die Erkenntnis, dass Menschen, die anders als wir selbst sind, nicht schlechter oder besser sind. Die Einzigartigkeit der Menschen macht sie wertvoll, sie f\u00f6rdert aber auch Konflikte in der Zusammenarbeit. Oftmals verstehen wir nicht, was unser Gegen\u00fcber gerade denkt, warum er nun anders handelt, als wir es erwartet h\u00e4tten oder warum er so anders empfindet. Gelingt es uns an diesem Punkt, die auftretenden Spannungen zu durchschauen und die Motivation des anderen zu verstehen, erkennt man, dass es um keine B\u00f6swilligkeiten ging, sondern nur um die \u201eAndersartigkeit\u201c des Gegen\u00fcbers. Schwierige Situationen werden damit durchschaubarer und die Bereitschaft, miteinander zu sprechen, w\u00e4chst. Wenn wir mit Menschen zusammenarbeiten, m\u00fcssen wir lernen, anpassungsf\u00e4higer zu werden. Unser Verhalten wird daher auch auf die Bed\u00fcrfnisse einer anderen Person abgestimmt. DiSG\u00ae gibt dabei Auskunft \u00fcber die Grundverhaltenstendenzen verschiedener Menschen und zeigt M\u00f6glichkeiten auf, wie man mit ihnen noch besser umgehen kann.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Bessere Beziehungen \u2013 weniger Konflikte &#8211; bessere Ergebnisse<br \/>\n<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Wer \u00fcber sich und seine Verhaltensweisen nachdenkt, wird daf\u00fcr belohnt \u2013 privat und beruflich. Mit dem DiSG\u00ae-Pers\u00f6nlichkeitsprofil kann man nicht nur viel \u00fcber sich selbst lernen, sondern auch \u00fcber die Verhaltensweisen der KollegInnen, Vorgesetzten und MitarbeiterInnen. Wichtig ist hierbei, niemanden zu stigmatisieren. Stattdessen kann DiSG\u00ae genutzt werden, um sich auf bestimmte Situationen am Arbeitsplatz zu fokussieren, bei der verschiedene MitarbeiterInnen inkludiert sind.
