Die Liste k\u00f6nnte noch ewig so weitergehen. Aber warum ist gute F\u00fchrungsarbeit so wichtig f\u00fcr den Unternehmenserfolg? Schlechte F\u00fchrungsarbeit kann besonders negative Konsequenzen haben: Das Arbeitsklima verschlechtert sich beispielsweise drastisch und \u00fcbertr\u00e4gt sich unweigerlich auf die Qualit\u00e4t im Umgang mit Kunden und das Engagement.
