Im beruflichen Umfeld k\u00f6nnen Konflikte besonders intensiv sein. Viele von uns haben am Arbeitsplatz schon Erfahrungen gemacht, in denen Meinungsverschiedenheiten mit Kolleg*innen oder Vorgesetzten auftraten, Machtspiele stattfanden oder unterschiedliche Ansichten dar\u00fcber bestanden, wie ein Projekt am besten abgeschlossen werden sollte.<\/p>\n<p>Obwohl oft angenommen wird, dass Konflikte auf Dysfunktionalit\u00e4t hinweisen, zeigt die <a href=\"https:\/\/www.forbes.com\/sites\/carolinecastrillon\/2023\/04\/23\/why-healthy-workplace-conflict-is-productive\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">moderne Forschung<\/a>, dass der Umgang mit produktiven Konflikten am Arbeitsplatz die Produktivit\u00e4t, das Engagement und den Zusammenhalt der Mitarbeiter*innen f\u00f6rdern kann.<\/p>\n<h3>Konflikte am Arbeitsplatz verstehen: Die Rolle des Managements<\/h3>\n<p>Wiley Workplace Intelligence hat zu diesem Thema 4.524 Personen befragt, darunter 1.938 mit direkten Mitarbeiter*innen, um herauszufinden, wie Unternehmen derzeit mit den zwischenmenschlichen und leistungsbezogenen Problemen umgehen, die oft zu Konflikten am Arbeitsplatz f\u00fchren. Da die Beziehung zwischen F\u00fchrungskraft und Mitarbeiter*innen als entscheidender Einflussfaktor auf die Arbeitserfahrung hervorgehoben wird, wurde auch untersucht, ob F\u00fchrungskr\u00e4fte \u00fcberhaupt die notwendigen Skills besitzen, um ihren Mitarbeiter*innen bei der Bew\u00e4ltigung zwischenmenschlicher Konflikte zu helfen.<\/p>\n<p>Die Ergebnisse dieser Umfrage zeigen, dass:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>64% der Befragten an einer Schulung zum Thema Mitarbeiterdisziplin teilgenommen haben.<\/li>\n<li>57% an einem Seminar zum Thema Konfliktmanagement teilgenommen haben.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>F\u00fchrungskr\u00e4fte, die an Schulungen teilnahmen, f\u00fchlten sich dabei sicherer im Umgang mit Konflikten und schwierigen Gespr\u00e4chen mit ihren Mitarbeiter*innen.<\/p>\n<h2>Die verschiedenen Arten von Konflikten<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>42% nannten Konflikte im Zusammenhang mit Leistung und F\u00e4higkeiten.<\/li>\n<li>34% nannten Konflikte im Zusammenhang mit pers\u00f6nlichen Unterschieden und Verhaltensweisen.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Manager*innen berichteten au\u00dferdem von folgenden Problemen im Konfliktmanagement:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>43%: Widerstand gegen Ver\u00e4nderungen<\/li>\n<li>32%: Probleme bez\u00fcglich Verantwortlichkeiten<\/li>\n<li>31%: Widerstand gegen Feedback<\/li>\n<li>29%: Schwierigkeiten im Umgang mit anderen<\/li>\n<li>26%: Geringes Engagement<\/li>\n<li>25%: Negativit\u00e4t<\/li>\n<li>25%: schlechte Einstellung<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Wie Konfliktmanagement die Teamleistung steigern kann<\/h3>\n<p>Einige Organisationen haben bereits detaillierte Verfahren zum Umgang mit Konflikten und Verhaltensproblemen. Diese k\u00f6nnen wirksam sein, aber pr\u00e4ventive Ma\u00dfnahmen sind ebenfalls wichtig. So ist es ist effektiver, eine Kultur im Unternehmen zu schaffen, die gesunde Konflikte zul\u00e4sst, indem pr\u00e4ventive Ma\u00dfnahmen ergriffen werden. Mitarbeiter*innen sollten die F\u00e4higkeiten vermittelt werden, effektiv zu kommunizieren, mehr \u00fcber ihre Kolleg*innen zu erfahren und als Team zusammenzuarbeiten. Vertrauensbasierte Beziehungen erm\u00f6glichen einen gesunden Umgang mit Konflikten und reduzieren die Notwendigkeit von Disziplinarma\u00dfnahmen.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Wie kompetent sind Manager*innen im Konfliktmanagement?<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>71% sind offen f\u00fcr Feedback zu ihrer Leistung und ihrem Verhalten.<\/li>\n<li>Nur 37% haben laut eigenen Angaben angemessene F\u00e4higkeiten zur Konfliktbew\u00e4ltigung.<\/li>\n<li>31% sind im Konfliktfall selbstbewusst in schwierige Gespr\u00e4che gegangen.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Wir sehen anhand dieser Umfragen, dass es immer wieder Qualifikationsl\u00fccken bei F\u00fchrungskr\u00e4ften gibt, weswegen der Bedarf an Schulungen zum Thema Konfliktmanagement, zur \u00dcbernahme von Verantwortung und zur Annahme von Feedback weiterhin bestehen.
