Es ist immer wieder faszinierend zu sehen, wie sich unsere Interaktionen, Entscheidungen und Beziehungen durch die verschiedenen DiSG-Stile formen. Wenn wir lernen, die Unterschiede in Pers\u00f6nlichkeiten und Verhaltenspr\u00e4ferenzen zu erkennen, zu sch\u00e4tzen und darauf einzugehen, kann dies unser Leben enorm bereichern und unsere Beziehungen lohnender gestalten.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Was wir an den verschiedenen DiSG-Stilen sch\u00e4tzen<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Jeder von uns hat sicherlich schon einmal Frustration im B\u00fcroalltag erlebt, sei es durch die Art und Weise, wie Kolleg*innen Aufgaben angehen, oder durch Missverst\u00e4ndnisse aufgrund unterschiedlicher Kommunikationsstile. Es kommt also vor, dass wir die Geduld mit einer anderen Person verlieren oder Schwierigkeiten haben, sie zu verstehen. M\u00f6glicherweise haben Sie in Ihrem B\u00fcro schon S\u00e4tze geh\u00f6rt wie: \u201eK\u00f6nntest du deinen D-Stil etwas zur\u00fcckhalten, w\u00e4hrend wir das Problem besprechen?\u201c oder \u201eVersuche bitte einmal, dich in den G-Stil hineinzuversetzen, um dich um diese Datenanalyse zu k\u00fcmmern?\u201c.<\/p>\n<p>Trotz dieser Herausforderungen sch\u00e4tzen wir alle DiSG-Stile sehr und k\u00f6nnen von jedem etwas lernen \u2013 denn jeder Stil hat seine eigenen St\u00e4rken und Schw\u00e4chen. In vielen Workshops ist es eine bew\u00e4hrte Moderationstechnik, durch den Raum zu gehen und jeder Person zu sagen, was man an ihr sch\u00e4tzt. Dies m\u00f6chten wir heute auf die verschiedenen DiSG-Stile \u00fcbertragen.
